We're introducing updated review parameters for Chegg solutions effective December 19th 2024, to enhance the quality standards for Chegg solutions. This change is designed to further elevate the quality of solutions provided to our students.
Why is this change happening?
We're committed to providing the best possible learning experience for our students. By refining our review process, we aim to ensure that every solution fulfills the below parameters:
Relevancy: Indicates how closely a solution aligns with the question asked
Completeness: Evaluates whether the solution has all essential information like calculations, diagrams, procedural steps, & explanatory statements in the solution.
Accuracy: Evaluates the correctness of the information/concept/method followed in the solution.
Clarity: Refers to how easily the solution can be understood by the student, by assessing language complexity, readability, and redundancy.
Structured: Refers to how the solution is organized and presented in relation to the requirements of the question.
Voice: Evaluates whether a solution sounds human or overly non-human (bot-like).
