Not satisfied with the Quality review? Here's what you need to do!

Providing Feedback on Quality Reviews

Exciting update! We're thrilled to announce that you now have the opportunity to have your quality review rechecked if you're not satisfied with the initial evaluation. Provide feedback within 48 hrs of receiving the quality review and our quality team will provide the revised quality review on your solution within 8-10 working days.

We understand the importance of ensuring that our experts are satisfied with the quality review provided, and this feature aims to empower our experts to voice their feedback effectively.

To provide feedback on a quality review, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on expert.chegg.com and go to the "My Solutions" tab.
2. Find the solution on which you want to provide feedback on the quality review.
3. Click on the associated review to access the detailed page.

4. Choose Yes or No for the quality review and make sure to add comments for the same. 

We believe this new feature will enhance transparency and accountability in our quality review process, ultimately leading to a better experience for our experts. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate your participation in improving our platform.

Important Points:-

  1. Post your feedback, we will conduct internal verification, and revised feedback will be available on the dashboard in the "My Solutions" section within 8-10 working days. Revised scores will only be considered in your performance and further re-review requests on these remarks are not possible.
  2. Your Quality review will only be re-evaluated if a refute given is on solutions submitted from 1st May and is given within 48 hours of receiving the Quality Review. For all the re-review requests raised for solutions submitted before 1st May, the QC will be deleted, if found invalid.
  3. This feature is not available for experts currently in practice site.      
How to Verify If Your Solution Has Been Re-reviewed?
To check if your solution has been re-reviewed, please refer to the updated remarks in the Quality Review section of your account.

Why was my solution reviewed even though I didn't request a re-review?

We understand you didn't request a re-review. However, our quality team regularly audits and revises feedback if the initial review is found invalid or non-compliant with guidelines. The updated feedback and score are final and will be considered for your performance evaluation.
