Once you click on the feedback option, you will be prompted to provide your feedback in the form of comments or suggestions. Our team will carefully review your feedback and the applicable changes ( if any) will be available on the dashboard in the "My solutions" section within 2-3 weeks.
We believe this new feature will enhance transparency and accountability in our quality review process, ultimately leading to a better experience for our experts. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate your participation in improving our platform.
