Automated solutions on Chegg Q&A: A New Feature to reduce Authoring time significantly.

Automated Solutions on Chegg Q&A!

We are super excited to announce the release of our newest feature on  Expert Platform 2.0 – Automated Solutions. 

With this feature, you will be able to reduce your authoring time significantly.

Curious to know, how it works?



For some questions, our system will generate automated solutions that will be available on your authoring window.


A pop-up  banner will appear to let you know the automated solution's availability on the authoring dashboard- "Woww...!! We got automated solution for this question".



Steps to select the automated solution - 

1.     Accept & Submit: Choose this option if the suggested automated solution is 100% correct, adheres to Chegg authoring guidelines and needs no further improvements. Doing this will submit the solution directly.




Once, you have accepted the automated solution, you will not be able to skip the question. 

2.     Edit: Choose this option if the automated solution requires some editing/correction before submission. 

On clicking “Edit”, a dropdown with the following reasons will appear. Make sure to choose the right editing reason to help us improve this feature further.




3.     Reject: Choose this option if the automated solution is not up to the mark in terms of quality and requires authoring from scratch. 

On clicking “Reject”, drop down with following reasons will be appears. Make sure to choose the right reject reason to help us improve this feature further. 




Please Note:

  1. The quality of the solution should be ensured at all times even if you use system-generated Automated Solutions.
  2. This feature is currently available in selected subjects only.
